TL;DR: Fantastic service & communication and quick turn-around time, highly recommended! My husband's car died this morning in front of our son's daycare center, and we had it towed to Mr. Transmission since it was just down the road and was recommended by our insurance company. I was stranded at home after he drove to work with my car and had to get everything taken care of via phone. Never have had to deal with any kind of car issues before, so I was clueless. The manager (...Leland) was absolutely awesome, explained the whole process, answered all my questions, and within just a few hours the car was equipped with a new battery and ready to go. They let us pick up the car after hours since my husband couldn't get off work earlier and I had no means of transportation. Leland even offered to pick me up at home (we live close by) after I explained my conundrum; I had to decline though due to lack of car seat for my newborn who was at home with me. I'm blown away, haven't seen customer service like this on a long time!

They worked so hard to figure out the issue with my vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way! I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone!

I have gone to this place several times because of my transmission acting up. Leland rarely charges me to fill up the transmission fluid. Lately, my transmission was shifting very, very rough. After my boyfriend filling the fluid often, it was acting rough. I had called around looking for another transmission. My boyfriend was going to replace it for me himself. I took it to Mr Transmission today. I expected them to tell me that I needed a new transmission. They looked at it and told me it was only computer problems. They fixed it. They charged me zero and my car is fixed!!!!!! That just made my whole week! I am soooo very relieved knowing that I don't have to replace my transmission! I have heard several stories from reliable sources (including a mechanic himself)say that mechanics take advantage of people all the time. They could've easily told me a lie, saying that something else was wrong, charged me for it, then only resetting the computer, making a few hundred dollars, as a result. I am sooooo impressed with these people!!!
