Transmission broke on Monday afternoon at 5:10 pm and they had a new one in and on the road by Thursday afternoon at 2 pm. Awesome service and great professional shop. Thanks Leland!!!!

If you are looking for an HONEST repair shop. This is it. They do no more than what's really needed, and if there's anything else to be done, they will expain it to you and show you what the issue is BEFORE going any further with repairs.

I had an issue with my transmission that was "rebuilt" at a Houston location. The Beaumont location worked diligently to assist me in getting the issues rectified. I will no longer go to locations close to home, as I will only ever go to Beaumont for service. Excellent staff, clean business, very professional and ethical. I highly recommend this location! Leeland was so so helpful! If you're looking for honest and trustworthy people to work on your vehicle, these are the guys to work with! My transmission was shot, and while they could have fixed it for $2000+, they were honest to call around and let us know of a defective part within Chevy Traverse transmission, and informed us it would be covered if we went to a GM dealership. The people at Classic Chevrolet didn't even know about this, and were hard to deal with, but Leeland went out of his way to call more GM dealers, to find out that he was in fact correct, and it would be covered! We will forever recommend (and use) Mr. Transmission! Thank you Leeland and Gordon!

From managers down to staff are very accommodating and can answer all the question you need to know about your car trouble and give you a positive advice about things that you need to do to your car or not to do right away . For example I want a transmission fluid change but Leeland said if they do it there will be a problem for my transmission coz they found something that will ruin it . So he told me his not gonna do it so I can use my car for several years more before to make a major repair .. So I can say why waste your hard earned money to some greedy car repair shop . Go to MR TRANSMISSION let them fix your car.
